It is crucially imperative for a student to be fluent in English, because of the daily interaction with the worldwide various content and general population , therefore the latter with an expansive vocabulary and a flair for the language is definitely more qualified to improve a good first impression .Accordingly English language has now become an accepted form of communication in any country , mainly by the dependence of the world on computers that has been the key factor for the sudden climb in the language’s significance. And here rises the importance of grammar, mainly spelling and punctuation that can affect the meaning or get it wrong and completely change the meaning of a sentence.
Afterwards, in today’s technology-oriented world, we see a increasing need to build better communication models and reach out to the entire world. The importance in communication has given rise to a new, international language, that is, International English.
Therefore , each part consists to dealing with specific domain, related to different but complementary program. The focus is on the international meaning discipline system, as part two and three of our overall program . We shall try to give our students the necessary tools and information concerning the discipline with practical tasks .Additionally, It provides some basic principles in the English language related to the oral and writing skills based on what the learner has acquired during his previous learning of English as a foreign language. Beside , it provides students with grammar courses adequate to learn basic skills appropriate to assimilate English language. So for reviewing basic tools –An important matter of great necessity to learn and develop the adequate skills for English language . For such matter, our students, read Grammar lessons, followed with exercises to practice their basic skills .
